2. Information we process
An enquiry may include your name, company, email address, phone number, current website address, message, selected language and the time consent was given.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess your service needs and prepare a potential customer relationship. Form processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw by contacting the controller.
4. Retention
An enquiry is retained for no longer than 12 months unless it leads to a customer relationship or a longer period is required by law. Information that is no longer needed is deleted sooner.
5. Service providers and transfers
Information is processed by the website hosting and email services only to handle the enquiry. We use Hetzner for website hosting and Resend for email notifications, with appropriate data-protection arrangements.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restrict its processing or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
7. Cookies and technical logs
The site uses cookies required for operation and technical server logs for security and reliability. We do not currently use advertising or profiling cookies.
